GENERAL CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY
Type of assistance
We reserve the right to substitute with similar new products the defective products.
Only products which were sent as carriage paid (prepaid expenses) will be replaced. The products received will be replaced and returned no later than in five working days.
The alternate product will be sent the next working day upon receipt of the defective product.
The defective product must be prepared in its original packaging and shipped prepaid.
It is recommended to keep the original packaging of the purchased product, as in some countries it is possible that the withdrawal of the defective product to be made together with the delivery of the new one.
Exclusion of Warranty
There are not covered by the warranty the damages caused by:
falls, external causes not attributable to the product. In these cases, as in the case of claims for products without any defects, all the expenses will be paid by the customer. Keep the purchase title in original (bill or receipt) without which there can be no intervention of warranty.
Conditions for the replacement service
The fundamental conditions for the request of assistance on defective products are:
- phone contact with the technical assistance to provide information on the encountered defect
- holding the title of the original purchase containing the serial number of the product in question
There is no liability or replacement of a defective product for damage caused deliberately or due to misuse of the product. We reserve the right to charge the customer for damage caused to the defective products during the return trip home in the event that this damage was caused by inadequate or improper packing. Similarly, visible damages due to transportation must be immediately reported by the customer to the carrier in charge of the transport.
